摘　　要：某大型化工企业通过系统性的绿色转型战略,显著提升了环境责任履行能力和可持续发展水平。企业建立了全面的环境管理体系,实施了清洁生产技术改造,开展了环境风险评估和应急管理。通过推行循环经济模式、开发绿色产品和构建绿色供应链,企业在环境绩效、经济效益和社会影响方面取得了显著成效。废水化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)浓度降低了75%,挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)去除率提高至98%,单位产值能耗降低25%。绿色转型带来年节约成本超过3亿元,品牌价值提升20%。企业的实践为化工行业绿色可持续发展提供了可借鉴的经验和方法。通过MBR+AOP废水处理工艺和能源利用效率提升实验,企业验证了这些措施的有效性,为未来的持续改进奠定了基础。A large chemical enterprise has significantly improved its ability to fulfill its environmental responsibilities and sustainable development through a systematic green transformation strategy.The enterprise has established a comprehensive environmental management system,implemented clean production technology transformation,and carried out environmental risk assessment and emergency management.Through the implementation of the circular economy model,the development of green products and the construction of a green supply chain,the enterprise has achieved remarkable results in terms of environmental performance,economic benefits and social impact.The concentration of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in wastewater has been reduced by 75%,the removal rate of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has been increased to 98%,and the energy consumption per unit of output value has been reduced by 25%.The green transformation has brought annual cost savings of more than 300 million yuan and a 20%increase in brand value.The practice of the enterprise provides experience and methods for the green and sustainable development of the chemical industry.Through the MBR+AOP wastewater treatment process and energy utilization efficiency improvement experiments,the enterprise has verified the effectiveness of these measures and laid the foundation for future continuous improvement.
