摘 要:针对晋华宫矿8214综采工作面瓦斯含量高,瓦斯抽采效率低的问题,基于8214综采工作面煤层地质概况,提出了可采用长钻孔分段压裂抽采技术来抽采瓦斯的策略,设计了具体的分段压裂参数,所用到的压裂设备与具体压裂工艺流程,并进行了仿真应用测试,结果表明:该新技术较适用于中硬煤层瓦斯的抽采,相比于优化前,8214综采工作面瓦斯抽采纯量,瓦斯抽采体积分数分别提升了4.93倍与2.21倍,提高了瓦斯抽采效率,有效治理了工作面瓦斯,达到了较好的瓦斯抽采效果,该研究可为中硬煤层瓦斯的抽采提供参考。Aiming at the problem of high gas content and low gas extraction efficiency in the 8214 comprehensive mining face of Jin-huagong Mine,based on the geological profile of the coal seam in the 8214 comprehensive mining face,we proposed a strategy to extract gas by us-ing long-drilling segmental fracturing technology,designed specific segmental fracturing parameters,fracturing equipment and specific fracturing process,and carried out simulation and application tests,and the results show that the new technology is more suitable for the extraction of gas from medium-hard coal seams.The results show that the new technology is more suitable for the extraction of gas from medium-hard coal seams.Com-pared with the pre-optimization period,the pure amount of gas extraction and the volume fraction of gas extraction in the 8214 comprehensive min-ing face have been improved by 4.93 times and 2.21 times,respectively,which improves the efficiency of gas extraction,and effectively manages the gas in the face,and achieves a better effect of gas extraction,and this study can provide a reference for the extraction of gas from medium-hard coal seams.
