摘  要:针对司马矿通风系统存在的问题,从司马矿采掘生产衔接计划角度出发,下组煤开拓迫在眉睫。其中前期中央回风井主扇负压较高,风量再次大幅增加条件受限,中央回风井主扇不能满足区域未来供风要求,而西风井主扇仅担负三采区通风任务且主扇能力富余。通过合理优化中央回风井主扇和西风井主扇分区位置,科学平衡中央回风井主扇和西风井主扇担负区域,可进一步使矿井通风资源高效利用。通过本次研究,对全矿井通风系统与中央回风井主扇和西风井主扇匹配性进行分析,论证各回风井主扇能否满足困难时期的用风需求,分析通风系统进行优化改造方案,达到节能降耗的效果并为通风系统改造提供科学依据。In response to the problems existing in the ventilation system of Sima Mine,from the perspective of the mining production connec-tion plan of Sima Mine,the development of the next group of coal is urgently needed.In the early stage,the negative pressure of the main fan of the central return air shaft was relatively high,and the conditions for a significant increase in air volume were limited.The main fan of the central return air shaft could not meet the future air supply requirements of the region,while the main fan of the west wind shaft only undertook the ventilation task of the third mining area and had surplus capacity.By reasonably optimizing the zoning positions of the main fans of the central return air shaft and the west wind shaft,and scientifically balancing the responsible areas of the main fans of the central return air shaft and the west wind shaft,the ven-tilation resources of the mine can be further efficiently utilized.Through this study,the compatibility between the ventilation system of the entire mine and the main fans of the central return air shaft and the west wind shaft was analyzed,and it was demonstrated whether the main fans of each return air shaft could meet the air demand during difficult periods.Optimization and renovation plans for the ventilation system were analyzed to achieve energy-saving and consumption reducing effects,and provide scientific basis for the renovation of the ventilation system.
