新型耐火衬里结构在大型化工装置中的运用

摘　　要：3052大型化工装置中一段转化炉,采用侧烧方箱结构,由左右两个辐射室组成,其中辐射段炉衬为轻质耐火砖结构,端墙和炉顶为陶纤模块结构,炉底为重质耐火砖结构,整体布局非常紧凑。运行一段时间以来,辐射段外壳温度慢慢上升,平均温度达到150℃,局部达到250℃,大大超过炉壁设计温度。经过分析,是由于耐火衬里结构存在设计缺陷,导致隔热效果较差,引起炉壁外表面超温。通过对烧嘴砖周围炉衬结构、窥视孔砖结构、膨胀缝结构、托砖板结构进行重新设计,采用新型耐火衬里布置结构,并在装置大修期间进行了应用,装置开车后,经测试改造前炉墙外壁平均温度150℃,更换后炉墙外壁平均温度129℃,下降21℃(14%),燃气量较改造前减少300 m^(3)/h,改造后节能效果明显。每年节省燃料气费用203.22万元。有效地解决了耐火衬里所致隔热效果较差的问题,取得了良好的效果。The primary reformer in the 3052 large chemical plants adopts a side fired square box structure,consisting of two radiation chambers on the left and right.The radiation section furnace lining is a lightweight refractory brick structure,the end wall and furnace top are ce-ramic fiber module structures,and the furnace bottom is a heavy refractory brick structure.Since running for a period of time,the temperature of the outer shell of the radiation section has gradually increased,with an average temperature of 150℃and local parts reaching 250℃,greatly exceed-ing the design temperature of the furnace wall.After analysis,it was found that there were design defects in the refractory lining structure,resulting in poor insulation effect and overheating of the outer surface of the furnace wall.Redesign the lining structure,peephole brick structure,expansion joint structure,and supporting brick plate structure around the burner brick.A new type of refractory lining layout structure was adopted and applied during the overhaul of the device.After the device was put into operation,the average temperature of the outer wall of the furnace wall before the renovation was tested to be 150℃.After replacement,the average temperature of the outer wall of the furnace wall was 129℃,a decrease of 21℃(14%),and the gas volume was reduced by 300 m^(3)/h compared to before the renovation.This indicates that the energy-saving effect of the first sec-tion of the conversion furnace wall renovation is significant.Annual fuel gas cost savings of 2032200 yuan.Effectively solved the problem caused by poor insulation effect of refractory lining,and achieved good results.
