摘  要:目的:探索本科药学专业天然药物化学实验黄柏中小檗碱的提取,对比采用传统和改良渗漉装置提取有效成分渗漉时间及含量的区别,以提升实验效率。方法:搭建传统渗漉装置及改良渗漉装置,通过紫外分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱含量。方法:改良渗漉装置较传统渗漉装置,渗漉时间及盐酸小檗碱的提取率有明显区别。结论:采用改良渗漉装置提取盐酸小檗碱,可提升产率。Objective:Explore the extraction process for berberine from phellodendron amurense within an undergraduate program in pharmaceutical sciences,comparing traditional versus improved percolation devices used for effective component extraction with respect to both time required and content yield,aiming to enhance experimental efficiency.Methods:Build traditional percolation device and improve it.Determine the content of alkaloid berberine hydrochloride through UV spectrophotometry.Results:The improved percolation device shows significant differences compared with traditional ones regarding both permeation time and extract yield rate of berberine hydrochloride.Conclusion:The extraction of berberine hydrochloride with improved percolation device can improve the yield.
