摘  要:针对低渗稠油油藏中降黏剂与CO_(2)复合驱提高采收率的机理进行了系统的实验探索。研究采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、钠十二烷基苯磺酸盐(SDBS)和二氧化碳可溶性聚合物(CSP)作为降黏剂,通过改变降黏剂质量分数和CO_(2)的注入压力考察其对稠油黏度的影响。结果表明:稠油黏度随降黏剂质量分数和CO_(2)压力的增加而显著降低,尤其是在30 MPa CO_(2)压力下,稠油黏度由863.6 mPa∙s显著降至702.8 mPa∙s。进一步的机理分析揭示,CO_(2)的溶解性增强在高压下促进了更有效的黏度降低效果,降黏剂SDBS在所有测试条件下均表现出最优的采收率,特别是在20 MPa CO_(2)压力下,采收率可达到78.6%。技术经济评价显示,使用SDBS和20 MPa CO_(2)压力的复合驱策略具有最高的成本效益比,为2.5。A systematic experimental exploration of the mechanism of viscosity reducer and CO_(2)composite flooding to improve oil recovery in low-permeability heavy oil reservoirs was carried out.Polyacrylamide(PAM),sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and carbon dioxide soluble polymer(CSP)were used as viscosity reducers,and their effect on heavy oil viscosity was investigated by changing the viscosity reducer mass fraction and CO_(2)injection pressure.The research results showed that the viscosity of heavy oil significantly decreased with the increase of viscosity reducer mass fraction and CO_(2)pressure.Especially at 30 MPa CO_(2)pressure,the viscosity of heavy oil significantly dropped from 863.6 mPa∙s to 702.8 mPa∙s.Further mechanism analysis revealed that the enhanced solubility of CO_(2)promoted a more effective viscosity reduction effect under high pressure,and the viscosity reducer SDBS showed optimal recovery under all test conditions,especially at 20 MPa CO_(2)pressure.The recovery rate could reach 78.6%.The technical and economic evaluation showed that the composite flooding strategy using SDBS and 20 MPa CO_(2)pressure had the highest cost-benefit ratio of 2.5.
