摘 要:研究储气库井注采工况下的水泥环密封压力变化对于预防储气库气体泄漏和保障储气库安全运行具有重要的意义。选用不同性能的水泥环,先测试了水泥环与密封相关的性能,然后开展了储气库井注采工况下水泥环密封压力变化实验,分析了水泥环密封压力变化规律和水泥环力学性能的影响。结果表明:温度越高,水泥环强度增长越快,密封压力越高;注采压力变化会导致水泥环密封压力降低,且注采压差越大,密封压力降低幅度越大;随着注采周期增加,水泥环密封压力先显著降低后基本维持不变;水泥环弹性模量越低、胶结强度越高,则其密封压力也越高,且在经历储气库井不同注采工况后仍具有较高的密封压力,建议储气库井采用该种性能的水泥环。It is of great significance to study the change of sealing pressure of cement sheath in gas storage well under injection and production condition for preventing gas leakage and ensuring the safe operation of gas storage well.In this paper,cement sheath with different properties was selected to test its sealing performance,and the sealing pressure change experiment was carried out under the injection and production condition of gas storage well,and the rule of sealing pressure change and the influence of mechanical properties of cement sheath were analyzed.The results showed that the higher the temperature was,the faster the cement sheath strength increased and the higher the sealing pressure was.The change of injection and production pressure could lead to the reduction of sealing pressure of cement sheath,and the greater the difference of injection and production pressure,the greater the reduction of sealing pressure.With the increase of injection and production cycle,the sealing pressure of cement sheath decreased significantly at first and then basically maintained no change.The lower the elastic modulus and the higher the bonding strength,the higher the sealing pressure,and the higher the sealing pressure after different injection and production of the gas storage well,it was recommended that the cement sheath with this performance should be used in the gas storage well.
