摘 要:研究了聚合物弱凝胶与聚合物/表面活性剂二元复合体系交替注入驱油技术,实验优选出适宜的凝胶体系与二元复合体系,评价了其实际应用性能(注入性能、封堵性能、老化性能及剪切性能)与物理性能(乳化能力、洗油率、静态吸附、润湿性等),通过大平板室内驱油实验对比分析了不同设计体系的驱油效果。结果表明:当表面活性剂质量分数大于0.4%时,二元复合体系各方面性能表现良好。凝胶与二元复合体系结合对驱油效果会产生正协同效应。相比于凝胶/表面活性剂体系,凝胶/二元复合体系多轮次交替注入可以产生更优的效果。后续水驱在采收率提高方面未见显著效果,聚驱后直接采用二元复合驱体系效果更优。The alternate injection displacement technology of polymer weak gel and polymer/surfactant binary composite system was studied,and the appropriate gel system and binary composite system were selected through experiments.Its practical application performance(injection performance,plugging performance,aging performance and shear performance)and physical performance(emulsification capacity,oil washing rate,static adsorption,wettability,etc.)were evaluated.The oil displacement effects of different design systems were compared and analyzed through large plate indoor oil displacement experiments.The results showed that when the mass fraction of surfactants was above 0.4%,the binary composite system performed well in all aspects.The combination of gel and binary composite system could produce a positive synergistic effect on oil displacement effect.Compared with the gel/surfactant system,the gel/binary composite system could produce better results after multiple rounds of alternate injection.Subsequent water flooding did not show significant improvement in oil recovery,and directly adopting a binary composite flooding system after polymer flooding resulted in better results.
