摘 要:为明确光稳定剂类改性剂的物化性能及微观特征,及其在有机胶结料中的应用提供相关依据,优选T622光稳定剂材料作为改性材料,借助X射线衍射仪全面分析改性剂材料的晶体结构及特征,采用傅里叶红外光谱实验研究改性剂材料的官能团组成,利用扫描电子显微镜表征改性剂材料的微观形貌及基本元素组成,在此基础上,采用热重分析研究改性剂材料的热失重特性。结果表明:改性剂的元素组成主要以C、O为主,其晶体结构为结晶与无定形共存,在357℃达到物质的最大反应速度。相关研究成果将为改性剂在有机胶结料中的良好应用提供依据和技术支撑。To clarify the physicochemical properties and microscopic characteristics of light stabilizers and provide relevant basis for their application in organic binders,T622 light stabilizer material was selected as the modified material,X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the crystal structure and characteristics of modifier materials,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to study the functional group composition of modifier materials,scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the microstructure and basic elemental composition of modifier materials,thermogravimetric analysis was used to analyze the thermal weight loss characteristics of materials.The results indicated that the elemental composition of the modifier was mainly composed of C and O,and its crystal structure was the coexistence of crystalline and amorphous,the reaction rate of the substance was the maximum at 357℃.The relevant research results can provide the basis and technical support for good application of modifiers in organic binders.
