摘  要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氯乙酸钠、氢氧化钠为原料,乙醇作反应溶剂相,经羧甲基化“一锅法”合成了一种基于烷基环氧羧酸盐的无磷绿色水处理剂(PAEC),并探究了PAEC中不同环氧基官能团对碳酸钙、硫酸钙、磷酸钙等污垢的抑/阻垢分散性能以及其对碳钢的缓蚀效能。结果表明:经强碱强氧化羟基的羧甲基化法成功合成了3种PAEC化合物(PAEC-3、PAEC-4和PAEC-5),其转化产率分别为83.5%、88.5%和79.7%,且物理形貌特征为淡黄或黄色的黏稠状油性液体。PAEC-3(30 mg·L^(-1))对碳酸钙垢阻垢效率最佳(96.5%),且其投加质量浓度>90 mg·L^(-1)时,缓蚀效率最佳(34.5%)且存在缓蚀阈值效应。PAEC-5(40 mg·L^(-1))对硫酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢阻垢效率最佳,其阻垢效率分别为92.5%和79.8%。Using fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,sodium chloroacetate,and sodium hydroxide as raw materials,with ethanol as the reaction solvent,a phosphate-free green water treatment agent(PAEC)based on alkyl epoxy carboxylate was synthesized using a"one-pot"carboxymethylation method.The inhibitory and dispersant properties of different epoxy functional groups in PAEC on scale deposits such as calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,and calcium phosphate were investigated,as well as its corrosion inhibition efficiency on carbon steel.The results indicated that three PAEC compounds(PAEC-3,PAEC-4,and PAEC-5)were successfully synthesized by carboxymethylation of hydroxyl groups strongly oxidized by strong alkali,with conversion yields of 83.5%,88.5%and 79.7%,respectively.These compounds exhibited a physical appearance of viscous,pale yellow,or yellowish oily liquids.PAEC-3(30 mg·L^(-1))displayed the highest scale inhibition efficiency against calcium carbonate deposits(96.5%),and its corrosion inhibition efficiency(34.5%)was best when the dosage exceeded 90 mg·L^(-1),demonstrating a corrosion inhibition threshold effect.PAEC-5(40 mg·L^(-1))was most effective in inhibiting calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate scale deposits,with inhibition efficiencies of 92.5%and 79.8%,respectively.
