摘 要:针对劣质焦化汽油加氢精制生产乙烯裂解料的需求,采用新型凝胶直接成型法制备TH-1加氢催化剂,并通过BET、XRD、H2-TPR和HRTEM等手段进行详细表征。采用一段串联工艺,在100 mL固定床连续加氢装置上进行催化剂性能评价。结果表明,TH-1加氢催化剂加氢脱硫和烯烃饱和性能良好,适宜的工艺条件为:反应压力2.0 MPa,反应空速2.5~3.0 h^(-1),预加氢反应温度150~160℃,预加氢氢油比50,加氢精制反应温度270℃,加氢精制氢油比400。加氢精制汽油产品的硫质量分数降低至65μg·g^(-1),烯烃体积分数降低至0.8%,满足乙烯裂解原料的要求。In order to meet the demand of producing ethylene cracking feedstock by hydrofining low-quality coking gasoline,TH-1 hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by a novel direct gel-extruding method and characterized in detail by BET,XRD,H2-TPR and HRTEM.Compared catalyst TH-1 with reference agent A,the performance evaluation was conducted on a 100 mL fixed bed continuous hydrogenation unit using a series process.The results showed that the TH-1 hydrogenation catalyst had better hydrodesulfurization and olefin saturation performance.The suitable process conditions were as follows:reaction pressure 2.0 MPa,reaction space velocity 2.5~3.0 h^(-1),pre-hydrogenation reaction temperature 150~160℃and hydrogen oil ratio 50,hydrogenation reaction temperature 270℃and hydrogen oil ratio 400.The sulfur mass fraction was reduced to 65μg·g^(-1)and the olefin volume fraction was reduced to 0.8%,which met the requirement of ethylene cracking feedstock.
