摘  要:以氧化铝纤维(AF)为载体,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸钠光催化纤维(NTO/AF),以偶氮荧光桃红染料为目标降解物,探究其光催化性能。EDS结果表明:在氧化铝纤维表面有钛酸钠层的负载。FT-IR分析结果表明:NTO/AF样品中NTO和AF的化学结构峰匹配良好,固定化稳定。光催化活性分析结果表明:AF不具备光催化活性,只起到基底作用。实验所用染料最佳质量浓度为10 mg·L^(-1),催化剂最佳质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1),NTO/AF的ECB和EVB分别为−0.54 eV和2.54 eV。Sodium titanate photocatalytic fiber(NTO/AF)were prepared by sol-gel method using alumina fiber(AF)as a carrier,its photocatalytic performance was explored by using azo fluorescent pink dye as a target degradation product.EDS results showed that there was loading of sodium titanate layer on the surface of alumina fiber.FT-IR analysis showed that the chemical structure peaks of NTO and AF in the NTO/AF samples were well-matched and the immobilization was stable.The photocatalytic activity analysis showed that the AF did not possess photocatalytic activity and only acted as a substrate.The optimal mass concentration of the dye used in the experiment was 10 mg·L^(-1)and the optimal amount of catalyst was 200 mg·L^(-1).The ECB and EVB values of NTO/AF were-0.54 eV and 2.54 eV,respectively.
