摘  要:为了进一步提升水泥稳定土的力学性能,以某高速公路取土场的红黏土和聚丙烯纤维为研究对象,通过无侧限抗压强度实验、劈裂强度实验和弯拉强度实验,考察了不同长度和不同掺量聚丙烯纤维对水泥稳定土力学性能的影响。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维的长度越长,掺量越大,养护时间越长,水泥稳定土的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和弯拉强度就越大。当聚丙烯纤维的长度为9 mm、掺量为0.5%时,养护7、14、28 d的水泥稳定土的无侧限抗压强度与未掺纤维时相比分别提升了35.35%、23.86%和16.38%,劈裂强度与未掺纤维时相比分别提高了93.75%、100.00%和115.38%,弯拉强度与未掺纤维时相比分别提高了31.53%、66.67%和66.15%。聚丙烯纤维的掺入能够显著提高水泥稳定土的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和弯拉强度,力学性能得到了显著改善。In order to further improve the mechanical properties of cement stabilized soil,red clay and polypropylene fibers from a certain highway borrow pit were used as research objects,the effects of different lengths and amounts of polypropylene fibers on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized soil were investigated through unconfined compressive strength tests,splitting strength tests,and flexural tensile strength tests.The results showed that the longer the length of polypropylene fiber,the greater the dosage,and the longer the curing time,the greater the unconfined compressive strength,the splitting strength,and the flexural tensile strength of cement stabilized soil.When the length of polypropylene fiber was 9 mm and the content was 0.5%,the unconfined compressive strengths of cement stabilized soil cured for 7 d,14 d,and 28 d were increased by 35.35%,23.86%,and 16.38%compared to those without fiber,respectively.The splitting strengths were increased by 93.75%,100.00%,and 115.38%compared to those without fiber,respectively.The flexural strengths were increased by 31.53%,66.67%,and 66.15%compared to those without fiber.The addition of polypropylene fibers could significantly improve the unconfined compressive strength,the splitting strength,and the flexural tensile strength of cement stabilized soil,and significantly improve its mechanical properties.
