摘  要:针对西部某特低渗透油田套损井采用机械封隔和水泥封堵修复技术成功率低以及有效期短的问题,以改性环氧树脂GE-1、缓凝剂柠檬酸、分散剂NNO、硅烷偶联剂KH-540、消泡剂SQ-XP105、固化剂GH-3和纳米二氧化硅为原料,制备了一种适用于套损井修复的高强度复合材料,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:高强度复合材料具有良好的稠化性能,在150℃下的稠化时间仍大于400 min;材料具有良好的力学性能,150℃下固化试件的抗压强度可达110.5 MPa,抗折强度可达32.4 MPa;材料的耐酸碱和耐盐性能较强,在强酸、强碱或者高矿化度水溶液中浸泡后的质量损失率较低;另外,材料还具有良好的封堵性能,填砂管中注入高强度复合材料后,水驱的突破压力可以达到42.6 MPa。现场应用结果表明:5口套损井采用高强度复合材料封堵修复均一次成功,成功率为100%,现场施工压力较高,套损井修复效果较好。In response to the low success rate and short validity period of using mechanical sealing and cement sealing repair technology for casing damage wells in a certain ultra-low permeability oil field in the western region,a highstrength composite material suitable for repairing casing damaged wells was prepared using modified epoxy resin GE-1,retarder citric acid,dispersant NNO,silane coupling agent KH-540,defoamer SQ-XP105,curing agent GH-3,and nano silica as raw materials,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated.The results showed that highstrength composite materials had good thickening performance,and the thickening time at 150℃was still greater than 400 min;the material had good mechanical properties,with a compressive strength of 110.5 MPa and a flexural strength of 32.4 MPa when cured at 150℃;the material had strong resistance to acid,alkali,and salt,and the mass loss rate was relatively low after immersion in strong acid,alkali,or high salinity aqueous solutions;in addition,the material also had good sealing performance.After injecting high-strength composite materials into the sand filling pipe,the breakthrough pressure of water flooding reached 42.6 MPa.The on-site application results showed that all 5 damaged wells were successfully sealed and repaired with high-strength composite materials at once,with a success rate of 100%.The onsite construction pressure was high,and the repair effect of damaged wells was good.
