摘  要:燃煤锅炉烟气中氮氧化物NOx的含量较高,通常采用SCR烟气脱硝技术对其进行处理。因此,为了提高燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硝效率,采用烟气脱硝反应实验装置评价了SCR催化剂类型、实验温度、氨氮物质的量比、氧气体积分数、空速以及含水量等因素对燃煤锅炉烟气SCR脱硝效率的影响。结果表明:镍负载铁锰催化剂Mn-Fe/Ni对燃煤锅炉模拟烟气的SCR脱硝效率最大,可以达到80%以上。另外,当实验温度为360℃、氧气体积分数为6%时,SCR脱硝效率可达最大。氨氮物质的量比越大,SCR脱硝效率就越高。空速和含水量越大,SCR脱硝效率相对就越小。目标燃煤锅炉的SCR烟气脱硝技术的最佳实验参数为:SCR催化剂为镍负载铁锰催化剂Mn-Fe/Ni,实验温度为360℃,氨氮物质的量比为1.0,氧气体积分数为6%,空速为20000 h^(-1),含水量为0。上述条件下,燃煤锅炉模拟烟气的SCR脱硝效率可以达到89.4%,取得了良好的脱硝处理效果。The content of nitrogen oxide NOx in the flue gas of coal-fired boilers is high,and SCR flue gas denitrification technology is usually used to treat it.Therefore,in order to improve the denitrification efficiency of coal-fired boiler flue gas,a flue gas denitrification reaction experimental device was used to evaluate the effects of SCR catalyst type,experimental temperature,molar ratio of ammonia nitrogen,oxygen volume fraction,airspeed,and water content on the SCR denitrification efficiency of coal-fired boiler flue gas.The results showed that the nickel supported iron manganese catalyst Mn-Fe/Ni had the highest SCR denitrification efficiency for simulated flue gas from coal-fired boilers,being over 80%.In addition,when the experimental temperature was 360℃and the oxygen volume fraction was 6%,the SCR denitrification efficiency reached its maximum.The higher the molar ratio of ammonia nitrogen,the higher the SCR denitrification efficiency.The higher the airspeed and water content,the lower the SCR denitrification efficiency.The optimal experimental parameters for the SCR flue gas denitrification technology of the target coal-fired boiler were as follows:the SCR catalyst was nickel loaded iron manganese catalyst Mn-Fe/Ni,the experimental temperature was 360℃,the molar ratio of ammonia nitrogen was 1.0,the oxygen volume fraction was 6%,the airspeed was 20000 h-1,and the water content was 0.Under above conditions,the SCR denitrification efficiency of the simulated flue gas of the coal-fired boiler could reach 89.4%,achieving good denitrification treatment effect.
