摘  要:低分子量肝素盐(LMWHs)具有吸收效果好、生物利用率高等优点,被广泛应用于防治血栓栓塞性疾病。目前,有关LMWHs制备研究进展的综述比较少,有必要进一步系统总结新开发的LMWHs生物活性和药理作用。通过深入调研LMWHs的最新研究成果和实践应用,简单介绍了肝素产品的发展历程,梳理了LMWHs常用的制备方法及其优缺点,重点阐述了新近报道的化学解聚法的研究结果,探讨了LMWHs在血液分析、心血管疾病、肺病、肾病、癌症及治疗新型冠状病毒感染等方面的临床用途,为LMWHs的工业生产、应用开发策略提供有价值的参考信息。Low molecular weight heparin salts(LMWHs)are widely used in the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic diseases due to their good absorption effect and high bioavailability.At present,there are few reviews on the preparation progress of LMWHs.It is necessary to further systematically summarize the newly developed biological activities and pharmacological effects.On the basis of in-depth investigation of the latest research results and application practice of LMWHs,the development history of heparin products was briefly introduced,the commonly used preparation methods of LMWHs and their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed,and the recently reported research results of chemical depolymerization method were emphasized.The clinical application of LMWHs in blood analysis,cardiovascular disease,lung disease,kidney disease,cancer and treatment of COVID-19 was discussed,providing valuable reference information for industrial production,application-development of LMWHs.
