摘 要:受蒸汽超覆、蒸汽冲刷等因素影响,高孔高渗油藏开展蒸汽驱过程中容易出现窜流,造成蒸汽腔发育不均,生产井出现流温升高、含水率上升等问题,需要开展氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽驱,抑制蒸汽窜流,改善蒸汽驱开发效果。开展了高温起泡剂PH-F-H的耐温性和封堵性能评价研究,并确定了最佳注入体积分数,为氮气泡沫辅助蒸汽驱技术的应用奠定了基础。该技术在渤海A油田蒸汽驱井组成功应用,在实施高温泡沫堵调后,井组平均含水率下降5%~10%,井组日增油20~30 m^(3),段塞累计增油量841~2019 m^(3),有效期2~3月,有效实现流场调控,受效井优势通道得到明显抑制,扩大了热腔体积,与不调堵预测相比,热腔体积增大13.2×10^(4)m^(3),提高了蒸汽驱井组的开发效果。截至2023年8月底,蒸汽驱方案设计增油6.0万t,实际蒸汽驱增油达到9.8万t,超出预期。这表明泡沫辅助蒸汽驱是一种有效的蒸汽驱提质增效措施,可为蒸汽驱末期改善开发效果、提高油藏采收率、实现区块持续稳产提供有效的技术保障。Affected by steam overlap,steam erosion and other factors,channeling is easy to occur in the process of steam flooding in high porosity and high permeability reservoirs,resulting in uneven development of steam chamber,high flow temperature rise and water cut rise in production wells.It is necessary to carry out nitrogen foam assisted steam flooding to inhibit steam channeling and improve the development effect of steam flooding.In this paper,the temperature resistance and plugging performance of high temperature foaming agent PH-F-H were evaluated,and the optimal injection volume fraction was determined,which laid a foundation for the application of nitrogen foam assisted steam flooding technology.The technology has been successfully applied in the steam flooding wells of Bohai A Oilfield.After the implementation of high temperature foam plugging,the average water cut of the well group decreased by 5%~10%,the oil increase of the well group was 20~30 m^(3)per day,the cumulative oil increase of the slug was 841~2019 m^(3),and the validity period was 2~3 months.The flow field control was effectively realized,the dominant channel of the effective well was obviously suppressed,and the volume of the thermal cavity was expanded.Compared with the prediction without plugging,the volume of the thermal cavity increased by 13.2×10^(4)m^(3),which improved the development effect of the steam flooding well group.By the end of August 2023,the design of steam flooding scheme increased oil by 60000 t,and the actual steam flooding increased oil by 98000 t,exceeding expectations.It is shown that foam-assisted steam flooding is an effective measure to improve the quality and efficiency of steam flooding,which can provide an effective technical guarantee for improving the development effect,improving the oil recovery rate and realizing the continuous and stable production of the block at the end of steam flooding.
