摘  要:概述了淤浆床合成1,4-丁炔二醇反应中孔雀石型催化剂和负载型铜铋催化剂的研究进展,着重讨论了两类催化剂的反应活性、机械强度和再生性能。立足工业生产中的实际问题,分析了2种不同类型催化剂各自面临的挑战。进一步地,结合当前该领域的发展现状,对2种类型催化剂未来的研究方向进行了展望,指出孔雀石型催化剂需要提升其球形度和机械强度,负载型铜铋催化剂则需要选择结构稳定、与铜活性组分相互作用适中的载体材料,实现铜组分的高分散和高负载。The research progress of malachite-type catalysts and supported copper-bismuth catalysts for synthesis of 1,4-butynediol in slurry bed reactor were reviewed,the discussion focused on the reaction activity,physical strength,and regeneration performance of two types of catalysts.The challenges faced by these two different types of catalysts were analyzed based on the practical issues encountered during industrial production.Furthermore,considering the current development in this field,the future research directions for both types of catalysts were also discussed.It was pointed out that malachite catalyst needs to improve its sphericity and mechanical strength,while supported Cu-Bi catalyst needs to choose carrier materials with stable structure and moderate interaction with copper active components to realize high dispersion and high loading of copper components.
