摘　　要：阐述集团客户响应业务和项目化管理的相关内容,探讨项目化管理在集团客户响应业务中的应用,包括项目划分与立项、项目进度管理与监控、项目质量管理与控制、项目风险管理与应对。并对项目化管理应用效果进行分析,提出推广与应用建议。This paper expounds the relevant content of group customer response business and project management, and explores the application of project management in group customer response business, including project division and initiation, project progress management and monitoring, project quality management and control, project risk management and response. It analyzes the effectiveness of project management applications and proposes recommendations for promotion and application.
