摘　　要：阐述为确保电能表装接和采集中的安全性和隐私保护,介绍电能表装接和数据采集的基本原理,分析安全威胁,如物理攻击、网络攻击和数据泄露。提出加密技术、访问控制和身份验证的解决方案。This paper describes the basic principles of energy meter installation and data collection to ensure safety and privacy protection. It analyzes security threats such as physical attacks, network attacks, and data leaks. It proposes solutions for encryption technology, access control, and authentication.
