摘　　要：阐述10kV配网不停电作业的基本原理、技术发展历程。探讨10kV配网不停电作业技术的应用,包括系统改造和扩容、设备巡视和检测、异常电力转供和线路切换、合理计划和调度方面的应用。This paper expounds the basic principles and technological development history of uninterrupted operation in 10kV distribution networks. It explores the application of uninterrupted operation technology in 10kV distribution network, including system renovation and expansion,equipment inspection and detection, abnormal power transfer and line switching, and the application of reasonable planning and scheduling.
