摘　　要：阐述针对通信网络中的风险,以及给电网调度系统带来的影响,基于现有的安全技术和标准,设计一套综合的安全防护方案,包括网络设备加固、流量监测、访问控制方面的措施。This paper describes the risks in communication networks and their impact on power grid dispatch systems. It designs a comprehensive security protection plan based on existing security technologies and standards, including measures for network equipment reinforcement, traffic monitoring, and access control.
