电纺PVDF纤维膜为基底的传感器制备及性能

摘  要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)纤维膜因其特殊的孔隙结构、比表面积大和性能稳定等优点在医疗、环境等领域应用广泛。PVDF纤维因其弯曲特性可以作为柔性电子基底的潜在选择,将PVDF纤维膜作为电路的承载基底,结合三电极体系制备了一种柔性电化学传感器。采用静电纺丝技术制备柔性PVDF纤维膜基底,通过丝网印刷工艺将三电极图案转移到基底上,用金纳米颗粒(AuNPs)修饰工作电极提高其传感性能,构建了柔性丝网印刷电极传感器。通过对纤维膜和电极的微观形貌表征发现,PVDF溶液浓度为10%时,纤维膜的纤维直径主要分布在231.9 nm,且具有良好的疏水性和拉伸性,其粗糙的表面使得电极承印效果良好。通过电化学工作站对制备的传感器进行改性和传感性能分析,发现经AuNPs修饰后,传感器的电化学响应性能提升较大且无其他干扰产生,传感器具有良好的稳定性,能进行定向改性。将工作电极负载乙酰胆碱酯酶,以乙酰胆碱为检测底液,发现即使在浓度低至0.5 mM下,改性的三电极传感器仍具有良好的电流响应。所述传感器还能应用在其他物质检测上,以静电纺丝制备的PVDF纤维膜可作为柔性电子设备基底的一个新的可行应用。Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)fiber membranes were widely utilized in medical and environmental applications due to their unique pore structure,specific surface area,and stable performance.The bending characteristic of these membranes make them promising candidates for use as flexible electronic substrates.By utilizing PVDF fiber membrane as the supporting substrate for circuits,and combining a three-electrode system,a flexible electrochemical sensor was fabricated.The flexible fiber membrane substrate was prepared using electrostatic spinning technology.A flexible screen-printed electrode sensor was constructed by transferring a three-electrode pattern onto the substrate through a screen-printing process,with the working electrode modified using gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)to enhance its sensing performance.Micro-morphological characterization of the fiber membrane and electrodes reveal that at a concentration of 10%for the PVDF electrospinning solution,the fiber diameter distribution of the fiber membrane is 231.9 nm,and it exhibits excellent hydrophobicity and stretchability.Additionally,the rough surface of the membrane contribute to an effective printing outcome for the electrode.The modified sensing performance of the prepared sensors was analyzed using an electrochemical workstation.It was observed that the electrochemical response of the sensors significantly improved following modification with AuNPs,without any interference from other substances.The sensors demonstrate good stability and could be modified directionally.The working electrode was loaded with acetylcholinesterase,and acetylcholine was used as the detection substrate,revealing that the modified sensor exhibite a robust current response even at concentrations as low as 0.5 mM.Furthermore,the described sensors are applicable for the detection of other substances,and PVDF fiber membranes produced through electrostatic spinning present a promising new application as substrates for flexible electronic devices.
