摘 要:为满足断路器灭弧室安装、动作时对灭弧喷口不同部位的性能需求,提升灭弧喷口的综合性能,设计了两段式功能梯度型灭弧喷口,对该功能梯度型灭弧喷口的制造技术进行了系统的研究,并对其材料性能进行了验证。首先利用Ansys有限元分析软件,建立了两段式功能梯度型喷口毛坯模型,进行梯度喷口毛坯烧结过程仿真计算,从理论上优化了功能梯度喷口毛坯烧结工艺,获得了能够兼顾两种配方体系性能的烧结工艺;在成型工艺阶段,设计了专用平整工装,保证了功能梯度型喷口界面处的平整度;最终采用最优压制工艺和烧结曲线制备了功能梯度型毛坯并进行了力学、电、热等性能测试,测试结果表明所制备功能梯度喷口毛坯的BN/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)侧、MoS2/PTFE侧和界面处的力学、电、热性能均满足断路器产品对喷口的技术要求,界面处的各项性能较优保证了喷口的基本性能,同时BN/PTFE侧具有较优的耐烧蚀性能,MoS2/PTFE侧具有较优的力学性能,符合设计初衷。研究成果为大容量断路器的研发提供思路和技术支撑。In order to meet the performance requirements of different parts of the arc extinguishing nozzle during the installation and operation of the circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber,and to improve the comprehensive performance of the arc extinguishing nozzle,a two-stage functional gradient arc extinguishing nozzle was designed.The manufacturing technology of this functional gradient arc extinguishing nozzle was systematically studied,and its material properties were verified.Firstly,using Ansys finite element analysis software,a two-stage functional gradient nozzle blank model was established,and the sintering process of the gradient nozzle blank was simulated and calculated.The sintering process of the functional gradient nozzle blank was theoretically optimized,and a sintering process that can balance the performance of both formulation systems was obtained.In the molding process stage,a dedicated leveling fixture was designed to ensure the flatness of the functional gradient nozzle interface.Finally,the functionally graded nozzle blank was prepared using the optimal pressing process and sintering curve,and mechanical,electrical,and thermal performance tests were conducted.The test results show that the mechanical,electrical,and thermal properties of the prepared functionally graded nozzle blank on the BN/PTFE side,MoS2/PTFE side,and interface all meet the technical requirements of the circuit breaker product for the nozzle.The excellent performance at the interface ensure the basic performance of the nozzle,while PTFE/BN side has excellent burn resistance,and PTFE/MoS2 side has excellent mechanical properties,which are in line with the design intention.The research results provide ideas and technical support for the development of high-capacity circuit breakers.
