摘 要:针对层合复合材料热稳定性和力学性能研究在复合材料构件应用中的重要性,采用反对称铺层和刮刀涂层的方法制备了聚酰亚胺纤维增强聚二甲基硅氧烷复合材料。通过热重分析、拉伸测试等方法研究了铺层层数、成型温度、成型时间、纤维铺层密度和纤维线密度变化对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,该反对称层合复合材料在300℃之前质量损失率仅为0.66%,具有优异的热稳定性。随着功能层铺层层数的增加,拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量均呈现逐渐增加的趋势。随着成型温度的不断升高,拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量均呈现先增加后减小的趋势。随着成型时间的不断增加,拉伸强度先增加再减小,拉伸弹性模量表现出先减小后增加再减小的趋势。随着纤维铺层密度的增加,拉伸强度呈现先增加后减小再增加的趋势,拉伸弹性模量呈现逐渐增加的趋势;随着纤维线密度的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量均呈现逐渐增加的趋势。In view of the importance of studying thermal stability and mechanical properties of laminated composites in the application,polyimide fiber reinforced polydimethylisoxane composites were prepared by means of antisymmetric laying and scraper coating.The effects of laying numbers,molding temperature,molding times,fiber laying density and fiber linear density on its mechanical properties were studied by thermogravimetric analysis and tensile test.The results show that the antisymmetric laminated composite has a low mass rate of only 0.66%at 300℃,indicating excellent thermal stability.The tensile strength and modulus of elasticity both show an increasing trend with the increase of laying number.The tensile strength and modulus of elasticity show an increasing trend first and then decreasing with the continuous increase of the moulding temperature.With the continuous increase of the moulding time,the tensile strength first increases and then decreases,while the modulus of elasticity shows a trend of first decreasing then increasing and then decreasing.With the increase of fiber laying density,the fracture strength shows a trend of first increasing then decreasing and then increasing,and the elastic modulus shows a trend of gradual increase.With the increase of fiber linear density,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of composites increase gradually.
