摘  要:为了改善玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚乙烯(PE)复合材料界面结合情况,通过在GF表面涂覆接枝极性基团的功能化聚烯烃及对基体树脂进行功能化改性,研究了改性方法对GF增强PE界面结合性能的影响。结果表明:极性基团马来酸酐(MAH)接枝高密度PE(PE-HD-g-MAH)、MAH接枝低密度PE(PE-LD-g-MAH)、MAH接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH),溶解后涂覆于GF表面可以有效地改善GF与PE复合体系的界面黏结,可考虑在GF的浸润剂中加入接枝MAH极性基团的功能化聚烯烃组分作为浸润剂中的成膜剂来实现工业化应用。在基体中添加接枝MAH基团的PE-LD-g-MAH、POE-g-MAH可显著提升GF与PE基体的界面黏结,随着接枝极性基团的功能化聚烯烃添加量增加,复合体系的界面结合强度提高,添加质量分数达到7.5%以后达到较大值,进一步增加至10%,体系的界面剪切强度未出现明显增加;在功能化聚烯烃添加量较少的情况下,功能化聚烯烃的接枝率越高,复合体系界面结合性能就越好;对于极性基团接枝率较低的功能化聚烯烃,通过增加其在基体中添加量,亦可显著提升复合体系界面结合性能。To improve the interfacial bonding of glass fiber(GF)reinforced polyethylene(PE)composites,the effects of surface coating of grafted polar-functionalized polyolefins on GF and functionalization of the matrix resin were studied.This investigation focused on the impact of these modification methods on the interfacial adhesion of the GF-reinforced PE.The results indicate that grafted polar-functionalized maleic anhydride(MAH)polyolefins-namely,maleic anhydride grafted high-density PE(PE-HD-g-MAH),maleic anhydride grafted low-density PE(PE-LD-g-MAH),and maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer(POE-g-MAH)-when they are dissolved and coated on the surface of GF,significantly improve the interfacial bonding between GF and PE matrix.These findings suggest that incorporating grafted maleic anhydride polyolefins as a film-forming agent in the fiber sizing agent could be considered for industrial applications.The incorporation of grafted maleic anhydride groups,such as PE-LD-g-MAH and POE-g-MAH added into the matrix significantly enhances the interfacial bonding between GF and the PE matrix.As the amount of functionalized polyolefins with grafted polar groups increases,the interfacial bonding strength of the composite system increases.This strength reaches a peak when the additive amount reaches 7.5%,and further increasing the amount to 10%does not result in higher interfacial shear strength significantly.When the amount of functionalized polyolefins is relatively low,a higher grafting rate of the functionalized polyolefins leads to better interfacial bonding performance.Additionally,for functionalized polyolefins with a lower grafting rate of polar groups,increasing their amount in the matrix can also significantly enhance the interfacial bonding performance of the composite system.
