摘 要:为了响应国家“双碳”战略,以废轮胎为主要原料制备出高拉伸强度、高弹性、耐老化、耐水、环保、性价比高且易加工的胶粉基热塑性弹性体。以轮胎胶粉(GTR)作为橡胶组分,以聚丙烯(PP)作为塑料组分,采用化学接枝共聚的方法制备了轮胎胶粉基热塑性硫化橡胶(GTR基TPV)。研究了与GTR并用的塑料、橡塑比、GTR改性剂、相容剂品种和用量对GTR基TPV性能的影响,并对其力学性能、压缩永久变形、耐老化、耐水、环保、微观形貌、熔融结晶性和热稳定性等性能进行测试。实验结果表明:在常用塑料中,GTR与PP相容性最好;GTR与PP的最佳质量配比为50∶50,GTR/PP基TPV的拉伸强度为20.1 MPa,断裂伸长率为688.6%。在120℃,30 min下采用低温复合活化剂二硫化二苯骈噻唑/硬脂酸对GTR改性效果最好。采用2,4-二叔丁基过氧化异丙苯和硫磺S8最佳用量分别为0.9和0.3质量份的复合相容剂制备的GTR/PP基TPV的力学、工艺和环保等综合性能最佳。GTR改性后加入相容剂制备的GTR/PP基TPV微观形貌显示GTR和PP相容性最好,结晶温度最低和熔点最高,热稳定性最佳。GTR/PP基TPV主要用于密封件的制备。In response to the national"double carbon"strategy,the waste tire is used as the main raw material to prepare the thermoplastic elastomer with high strength,high elasticity,aging resistance,water resistance,environmental protection,costeffective and excellent processability.With tire rubber powder(GTR)as rubber component and polypropylene(PP)as plastic component,GTR/PP thermoplastic vulcanized rubber(TPV)were prepared by chemical grafting copolymerization method.The effects of the plastic used simultaneously with GTR,the ratio of rubber to plastic,GTR modifiers,variety and dosage of compatibilizers on properties of GTR/PP TPV were studied.The mechanical properties,compressive permanent deformation,aging resistance,water resistance,environmental protection,microscopic morphology,melting and crystallinity as well as thermal stability of GTR/PP TPV were tested.The experimental results show that the compatibility of GTR and PP is the best among common plastics.The optimum mass ratio of GTR and PP is 50∶50,the tensile strength of GTR50/PP50 TPV is 20.1 MPa,and the elongation at break is 688.6%.At 120℃,30 min condition,modification effect of GTR is the best by using low temperature composite activator dibenzothiazole disulfide/stearic acid.GTR/PP TPV with the best mechanical,technological and environmental properties was prepared by compatibilizer 2,4-di-tert-butylperoxide isopropylbenzene/S8 with the optimum dosage of 0.9 and 0.3 mass parts,respectively.GTR/PP TPV prepared by adding compatibilizer after GTR modification shows that GTR and PP have the best compatibility,the lowest crystallization temperature,the highest melting point and the best thermal stability.GTR/PP TPV can be mainly used for the preparation of seals.
