摘 要:碳化硼抗弹陶瓷是航空用复合装甲的主要组分,是影响复合装甲抗弹性能的主要因素,采用3个不同厂家热压烧结的碳化硼陶瓷与自制的混杂纤维增强复合板进行复合,探究不同厂家碳化硼陶瓷及其复合装甲的性能,利用密度和硬度等物理性能、抗弹性能测试等手段进行分析对比。研究结果表明,陶瓷A和陶瓷B的平均密度比陶瓷C的平均密度大;陶瓷A和陶瓷B的硬度均较高,比陶瓷C的硬度高,但陶瓷B的硬度出现较大的波动,离散度较大;陶瓷A复合装甲的抗弹性能最好,3块复合装甲板均实现有效防护,陶瓷C复合装甲均穿透,不能实现有效防护,而陶瓷B复合装甲抗弹性能不稳定。结合陶瓷的微观形貌可知,陶瓷A的内部致密、密度均匀,且其硬度值最高,对应的陶瓷复合装甲板抗弹性能优异,可以实现有效防护,且背凸值较低;陶瓷C内部存在大量的孔洞,致密度较低,进而导致硬度值降低,对应的抗弹性能最差,均出现穿透现象;陶瓷B的内部层状结构出现分层现象,硬度值出现波动较大,进而影响抗弹性能,存在穿透的可能。因此,陶瓷的致密度高、密度均匀,间接影响陶瓷的硬度,而陶瓷的密度和硬度对陶瓷复合装甲的抗弹性能有重要的影响。Boron carbide ceramics are the main components of composite armor used in aerospace,it is the main factor affecting the elastic resistance of composite armor.Three different manufacturers′hot pressed sintered boron carbide ceramics were used and combined with hybride fiber-reinforced composite,the performance of boron carbride ceramics and their composite armor were investigated.Physical performance tests such as density and hardness,as well as ballistic performance tests were used to analyze and compare.The results indicate that the average density of ceramic A and ceramic B is higher than that of ceramic C.The hardness of ceramic A and ceramic B is relatively high,higher than that of ceramic C,but the hardness of ceramic B shows significant fluctuations and large dispersion.Ceramic A composite armor has the best anti ballistic performance and achieves effective protection.Ceramic C composite armor is penetrated through,is unable to achieve effective protection,and the anti elastic performance of ceramic B composite armor is unstable.The microstructure of ceramics shows that ceramic A has a dense and uniform interior,with the highest hardness value.The corresponding ceramic composite armor has excellent ballistic resistance and can achieve effective protection,with a low back convexity value.There are a large number of pores inside ceramic C,resulting in a low density and a decrease in its hardness value,corresponding to the worst anti ballistic performance,all of which exhibit penetration phenomena.The internal layered structure of ceramic B exhibits layering phenomenon,and the hardness valu fluctuates greatly,which in turn affects the ballistic performance and may lead to penetration.Therefore,the high density and uniform density of ceramics indirectly affect their hardness,and the density and hardness of ceramics have an important impact on the ballistic performance of ceramic composite armor.
