摘  要:首先介绍了小分子物质的渗透机理、材料改性以及聚合物阻隔性能的测试方法。其次,简述了高阻隔中空容器的吹塑成型技术,涵盖成型工艺、成型设备和数值模拟技术的应用。进一步分析了聚合物成型及加工对其阻隔性能产生的影响,具体包括成型方式、工艺参数以及材料配方和后处理工艺。最后对该领域的发展趋势和前景进行了总结与展望,强调新材料的开发与应用、成型技术的提升以及绿色制造工艺的推广,并提出了该领域未来发展的可能方向和建设性意见。The permeation mechanisms of small molecular substances,material modification,and testing methods for the barrier properties of polymers were first introduced.Then the blow molding technology for high-barrier hollow containers was briefly described,covering the molding process,molding equipment,and the application of numerical simulation techniques.Furthermore,the impact of polymer molding and processing on barrier performance of polymers were analyzed,specifically including molding methods,process parameters,material formulations,and post-processing techniques.Finally,the development trends and prospects were summarized and looked ahead at in this field,emphasizing the development and application of new materials,improvements of molding technology,and the promotion of greenmanufacturing processes,while specific directions and constructive suggestions for future development in this area was also proposed.
