摘 要:参考国内外常见的水质污染物检测、水样保存和处理技术规范,设计合理的时间梯度,观察各时间梯度下样品的检测结果,使用SPSSStatistics26软件统计分析不同保存时间检测结果变化。结果表明,水质中的总磷、碘化物.溴化物、高锰酸盐指数、总氰化物和亚硝酸盐氨等监测项目的实验保存期明显超过了标准规定的保存期限;而电导率、浊度等指标则与标准规定的保存期限相当。这一研究为水质样品的保存时间提供了具体的实验数据,建立了水质样品中监测污染物的保存期限评估方法。Based on the commonly used water quality pollutant detection,sample preservation and treatment technical specifications at home and abroad,a reasonable time gradient was designed to observe the detection results of the samples at each time gradient,and the change of detection results at different preservation times was statistically analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26 software.The results show that the experimental preservation period of total phosphorus,iodide,bromide,total manganese,total cyanide and nitrite in water quality exceeded the standard preservation period by a considerable margin;while the preservation period of electrical conductivity and turbidity was comparable to the standard preservation period.This study provides specific experimental data on the preservation time of water quality samples and establishes an evaluation method for the preservation period of monitoring pollutants in water quality.
