摘  要:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定化妆品中43种元素的含量。以硝酸为消解液,样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法对多种无机元素进行含量测定。等离子体射频功率为1550W,载气流量为1.0 L/min,以Rh、Re为在线内标,采用碰撞反应池模式校正干扰。所测元素的质量浓度在一定范围内与荷质比强度线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.998,方法检出限为0.00003~0.20mg/kg。3种不同浓度加标水平下,平均回收率为86.1%~116.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%~6.4%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、可靠性强,适用于化妆品中43种元素的检测。The simultaneous determination of 43 elements in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established with microwave digestion.The contents of inorganic elements were determined by ICP-MS method after microwave digestion with nitric acid as digestion solution.Plasma RF power was 1550 W,carrier gas flow was 1.0 L/min,Rh and Re were used as online internal standard,and interference was corrected by collision reaction cell mode.In a certain range,the mass concentration of the measured elements had a good linear relationship with the specific strength of charge to mass,and the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.998.The detection limit of the method was 0.00003-0.20 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 86.1%-116.9%and the relative standard deviations were 1.2%-6.4%(n=6).The method is simple,sensitive and reliable,and is suitable for the detection of 43 elements in cosmetics.
