摘  要:为探究伯氏肩孔南极鱼Trematomus bernacchii和南极独角雪冰鱼Chionodraco hamatus血清和血细胞中元素含量的差异,本实验采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-OES)法测定和分析了该两种南极鱼血清和血细胞中的Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Fe、Zn等常量元素,及V、Cr、Mn、Ni、Se、As、Pb等微量元素。结果表明:两种南极鱼血清中Cr、Mn、Ni、Se含量呈显著性差异,Fe、V呈现出极显著性差异;两种南极鱼血细胞中仅有Fe含量呈极显著性差异,推测该测定结果与独角雪冰鱼体内缺乏血红蛋白有关。本次实验首次测量了南极鱼类血清和血细胞中的元素含量,补充了南极鱼物种血细胞生理生化的研究数据,可为更好地开发和利用南极生物资源提供参考资料。To investigate the concentration differences of serum and blood cell elements between Trematomus bernacchii and Chionodraco hamatus,the contents of macro-elements(Na,K,Mg,Al,Ca,Fe and Zn)and micro-elements(V,Cr,Mn,Ni,Se,As,Pb)in the serum and blood cells of the two Antarctic fish species were determined and analyzed by ICP-OES.The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of Cr,Mn,Ni and Se between the two Antarctic species serum.Fe and V showed significantly differences between the two fish species serum.And only Fe showed a significantly difference between the two Antarctic fish blood cells.These differences may be related to the lack of hemoglobin in C.hamatus.This experiment was the first trying to measure the contents of elements in the serum and blood cells of Antarctic fish,which complemented the research data of the hemocyte physiology and biochemistry research of Antarctic fish species,and provided the reference data for the further development and utilization of Antarctic biological resources.
