摘  要:目的:构建高校护理开放实验室管理评价指标体系,为评价高校护理开放实验室的开放效果与有效管理提供科学的工具。方法:通过文献分析法、半结构式访谈法初步构建高校护理开放实验室管理评价指标体系,经过2轮专家函询和层次分析法,最终确定各级指标体系与权重。结果:高校护理开放实验室管理评价指标体系包括4个一级指标(开放模式、开放资源、运行保障和开放绩效)、12个二级指标、48个三级指标:2轮函询问卷回收率分别为93.33%和100.00%,专家权威系数均为0.875;2轮函询指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.09~0.69(P<0.001)和0.21~0.27(P<0.05)。结论:高校护理开放实验室管理评价指标体系设计合理,各级指标科学、可靠,可作为高校护理开放实验室管理的评价工具。Objective:The usability evaluation index system for university nursing open laboratory management has been established,which can be used as a tool to evaluate the management effect of nursing open laboratories.Methods:The draft usability evaluation index system had been established by means of semi-structured interviews and literature review.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and AHP,the indicator system and weights were finally determined.Results:The index system included open mode,open resources,operational guarantee,and open performance 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 48 third-level indexes.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires were 93.33%and 100.00%respectively,and the authoritative coefficient were all 0.875.The two round Kendall's W coordination coefficient were from 0.09 to 0.69(P<0.001),and from 0.21 to 0.27(P<0.05).Conclusion:The index system was reasonable in design and the index weight levels were arranged distinctly.Each index was scientific and reliable.The index system can be used as an evaluation tool for the management of university nursing open laboratory.
