摘 要:总图设计对化工行业建设项目的工程费用和生产运行能耗有很大影响,国家建立国土空间规划体系对化工行业总图设计提出了更高要求。结合工程案例,从化工行业发展、总图设计两个方面分析国土空间规划体系下化工行业总图设计。提出国土空间规划体系下的化工项目总图设计要以用地集约、绿色低碳为目标,统筹考虑一体化设计、安全环保等因素;同时,因国家能源结构调整,也提出化工行业总图设计新的发展方向。National spatial planning belongs to top-level design in China.General layout design has a significant impact on the engineering cost,and production and operation energy consumption of construction projects in the chemical industry.China establishes a national spatial planning system that has put forward higher requirements for general layout design of the chemical industry.Combined with engineering cases,general layout design for the chemical industry under China's national spatial planning system is analyzed from two aspects such as the development of the chemical industry and general layout design.It is proposed that the general layout design for chemical projects under China's national spatial planning system should aim at land intensification,green and low-carbon,taking into account integrated design,safety and environmental protection factors.Moreover,due to the adjustment of China's energy structure,new development directions for general layout design in the chemical industry have also been proposed.
