摘 要:由于质子交换膜电解水器件常在强酸及大电流密度工况下运行,阳极催化材料过度依赖储量稀缺的贵金属铱(Ir),因此开发具有低Ir含量且高效稳定的催化剂势在必行。利用静电纺丝技术制备多孔锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)纳米纤维,再通过水热法在ATO纳米纤维外负载氧化铱纳米颗粒。利用多种表征手段分析复合材料的形貌和电子结构,并进行电化学性能测试。结果表明,组分优化后的复合材料表现出较优异的电催化水氧化活性,在10 mA/cm^(2)时过电势为276 mV,且表现出良好的电化学稳定性,有望用于质子交换膜电解水阳极材料。Due to the fact that proton exchange membrane electrolysis parts often operate under the conditions of strong acid and high current density,the catalytic materials of anode excessively depend on the precious metal iridium(Ir),which is in short supply,so it is necessary to develop efficient and stable catalysts with low Ir content.Porous antimony-doped tin dioxide(ATO)nanofiber is prepared via electrospinning technology,and then loaded with iridium oxide nanoparticles through hydrothermal method.The composites are characterized by means of various methods to determine their morphologies and electronic structures,as well as their electrochemical property.Results show that the optimized composite exhibits excellent electrocatalytic water oxidation activity,with an overpotential of 276 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2),and exhibits good electrochemical stability,which is expected to be used as anode materials for proton exchange membrane electrolysis of water.
