摘　　要：当前我国的基础设施投资主要通过PPP模式运行,作为项目资金的主要来源,PPP项目投资平台通过管理各投资公司的业绩确保PPP项目的投资回报率,优化资源配置,提高运营效率,在项目中起到至关重要的作用。文章旨在通过分析PPP项目投资平台在业绩管理的三个关键方面中存在的一系列问题,有针对性地提出优化措施,找到提升PPP项目投资效率和效果的方法,以促进PPP模式的成熟与可持续发展。The current infrastructure investment in China primarily operates through the Public-Private Partnership(PPP)model.As the main source of project funding,PPP project investment platforms play a crucial role by managing the performance of various investment companies to ensure the investment return rate of PPP projects,optimize resource allocation,and enhance operational efficiency.This paper aims to identify a series of issues in three key aspects of performance management within PPP project investment platforms and proposes targeted optimization measures.The goal is to find ways to improve the investment efficiency and effectiveness of PPP projects,thereby promoting the maturity and sustainable development of the PPP model.
