摘 要:随着电网转型发展和电力体制改革,县级供电企业在指标考核和成本监审的双重压力下,业绩管理成为其关注的焦点。文章从预算管理、经营分析和绩效考核三个关键环节出发,剖析了供电企业业绩管理中存在的问题,并提出了一系列优化对策,通过实施这些对策,供电企业可以提升业绩管理水平,促进企业高质量发展。As the power grid undergoes transformation and electricity system reform,county-level power supply companies face dual pressures from performance assessment and cost supervision.Consequently,performance management has become a focal point of their attention.This paper begins with three critical components:budget management,operational analysis,and performance evaluation.It explores the challenges encountered in the performance management of power supply companies and proposes a series of optimization strategies.By implementing these strategies,power supply companies can enhance their performance management capabilities,thereby fostering high-quality corporate development.
