摘 要:为推动“校企政行”合作机制下产业学院的发展,拓展产业学院的职能,采用ISM(Interpretive Structural Model)解释结构模型,系统分析“校企政行”合作机制下产业学院建设的影响因素,剖析各因素之间相互关系。研究结果表明,在影响产业学院建设的各种因素中,课程教材为表象层因素,行业需求为根本层因素,政策环境、校企合作机制、人才培养模式、信息化水平、师资力量、资金支持、管理机制、文化和价值观为中间层因素。基于分析结果,对产业学院建设提出针对性建议,旨在为产业学院建设提供理论基础和实践参考。In order to promote the development of industry college under the"School-Enterprise-Government-Administration"cooperation mechanism and expand the function of industry college,this paper proposes to systematically analyze the influencing factors of industry college construction with the ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling)method and explores the interrelationships among these factors.The research results indicate that among various factors influencing the construction of industry college,curriculum and teaching materials serve as superficial factors;industry demand represents fundamental factors,while policy environment,school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms,talent training models,information level,faculty quality,financial support,management mechanisms,culture and values are intermediate factors.Based on the analysis results,targeted suggestions are provided for the construction of industry colleges,aiming to offer theoretical foundations and practical references for their development.
