“十四五”时期高校冰雪体育高质量发展困囿与纾解之策研究

摘　　要：在当前的发展过程中,高校冰雪体育面临着诸多困囿,如文化内涵的缺失、课程建设的迟缓、师资力量的薄弱、场地设施的匮乏以及课外干预的缺失等。这些问题不仅制约了高校冰雪体育的发展,也影响了冰雪运动的普及和提高。为了推动高校冰雪体育的高质量发展,该文深入剖析了以上困囿的成因,并提出相应的纾解之策。通过营造教育氛围、推进教改进程、拓宽引才渠道、推动校企合作以及打造第二课堂等措施,为高校冰雪体育的发展提供新的思路和方法,以期推动其实现更高质量的发展,为中国冰雪运动的普及和提高做出更大贡献。In the current development process,university ice and snow sports are facing many constraints,such as the lack of cultural connotation,the slow construction of the curriculum,the weakness of teachers,the lack of facilities and the lack of extra-curricular intervention.These problems not only restrict the development of university ice and snow sports,but also affect the popularization and improvement of ice and snow sports.In order to promote the high-quality development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the causes of the above-mentioned difficulties and puts forward corresponding solutions.By creating an educational atmosphere,pushing forward the process of teaching reform,widening the channels of recruiting talents,promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and creating a second classroom,this paper provides new ideas and methods for the development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities,in order to promote its development of higher quality,for the popularization of China's snow and ice sports and improve to make greater contributions.
