核心素养视域下单板滑雪教学体系的构建研究

摘　　要：单板滑雪作为冬季体育项目中一颗璀璨的新星,其教学体系的构建不仅积极响应了国家促进冰雪运动广泛开展的号召,更是推进“健康中国”战略实施、提升国民体质与健康水平的关键举措。该文紧密围绕学生核心素养的培育目标,以2022版《体育与健康课程标准》为理论基石,深入探讨了构建系统化、科学化单板滑雪教学体系的必要性与政策导向。从设计构想、素养指向、四维目标、计划建议与学习评价等路径建设多层次的单板滑雪教学体系,为应用单板滑雪培养学生综合素质,扩充中国冬季户外运动体量提供理论支撑和实践依据。As a bright new star in winter sports,the construction of snowboarding teaching system not only responds to the national call to promote the development of ice and snow sports,it is also a key measure to promote the implementation of"Healthy China"strategy and improve the national physique and health level.This paper focuses on the cultivation of students'core literacy,and takes the 2022 edition of the curriculum standard of physical education and health as the theoretical foundation,this paper probes into the necessity and policy guidance of constructing a systematic and scientific snowboarding teaching system.To build a multi-level snowboarding teaching system from the path of design conception,quality orientation,four-dimensional goal,plan suggestion and learning evaluation,so as to cultivate students'comprehensive quality in snowboarding,the expansion of China's winter outdoor sports to provide theoretical support and practical basis.
