核心素养视角下高中冰雪体育运动德育教育的现实困境与对策探讨

摘　　要：该文从核心素养视角探讨了高中冰雪体育运动德育教育的现状、困境及对策。分析了场地设施不足、专业师资匮乏、课程体系不完善等主要问题,阐述了冰雪运动对学生身体素质、心理素质、社交能力、学习能力、文化认知和思想品德的积极影响。文章提出了加大基础设施投入、加强教师培训、优化课程设置、健全安全保障机制、创新教学方法等对策建议,旨在将思政元素有机融入冰雪运动教学,培养学生的核心素养,促进冰雪运动在高中的有效开展和可持续发展,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人奠定基础。This paper discusses the present situation,predicament and countermeasures of moral education of ice and snow sports in senior high school from the perspective of core literacy.The main problems such as the shortage of facilities,the shortage of professional teachers and the imperfect curriculum system are analyzed,this paper expounds the positive influence of ice and snow sports on students'physical quality,psychological quality,social ability,learning ability,cultural cognition and ideological and moral character.The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as increasing infrastructure investment,strengthening teacher training,optimizing curriculum,perfecting safety guarantee mechanism and innovating teaching methods,etc.,the aim is to integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching of ice and snow sports,cultivate students'core literacy,and promote the effective and sustainable development of ice and snow sports in senior high schools,it lays the foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors who develop in an all-round way in virtue,intelligence,body and aesthetic labor.
