摘　　要：该文旨在探讨体医融合视角下高校传统保健体育课程内容与方法的创新。通过建立跨学科的教学团队,丰富课程内容,提高教学质量,在体育教学中融入相关医学知识,增强学生对中医药的理解,以及建设传统保健体育社团,加深学生对传统保健体育的认同。以期促进高校传统保健体育教育教学的发展,培养学生综合素质,推动体医融合理念在教育领域的落地与实践。This article aims to explore the innovation of the content and methods of traditional health and physical education courses in universities from the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine.By establishing interdisciplinary teaching teams,enriching course content,improving teaching quality,integrating relevant medical knowledge into physical e ducation teaching,enhancing students'understanding of traditional Chinese medicine,and building traditional health sports clubs,students can deepen their recognition of traditional health sports.Intended to promote the development of traditional health education and teaching in universities,cultivate students'comprehensive qualities,and promote the implementation and practice of the concept of integrating sports and medicine in the field of education.
