高校高水平篮球队培育与输送人才的突破路径研究

摘　　要：高校高水平篮球人才质量较差,难以适应国内高水平联赛和国际赛事,没有实现为国家队输送人才的设立目标。为缓解这一矛盾,在问卷调查法和SWOT分析的基础上,详细阐述了高水平篮球队培育与输送人才的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战并进行战略匹配。基于此,提出相应策略:第一,应采取正确的建队思路、阶段性提高教练员水平和把握球员职业定位的增长型策略。第二,有针对性地提高基本功训练和对抗能力、系统性设计训练负荷和满足球员对比赛的需求的扭转型策略。第三,详细制定保障政策、整合人才资源和促进各梯队之间交流学习的多元化策略。第四,挖掘各渠道人才、根据顶层需求培养人才和增加训练频率的防御型策略。The quality of high-level basketball talents in colleges and universities is poor,and it is difficult to adapt to the domestic high-level league and international competitions.In order to alleviate this contradiction,on the basis of questionnaire and SWOT analysis,this paper expounds the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of cultivating and transporting talents of high-level basketball teams,and makes a strategic match.Based on this,the corresponding strategies are put forward:first,we should take the right team-building ideas,stage to improve the level of coaches and grasp the professional positioning of the growth strategy.Second,to improve the basic skills training and confrontation ability,systematic design of training load and meet the needs of the game to reverse the strategy.Third,the detailed formulation of the protection policy,integration of human resources and promote exchanges between the echelon of diversified strategies.Fourth,to tap the channels of talent,according to top-level demand for talent training and increase the frequency of the defensive strategy.
