海峡两岸体育交流背景下CBA联赛中国台湾球员流动特征分析

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、PEST分析法对CBA联赛中国台湾球员的流动特征进行分析。通过研究发现,中国台湾球员流动主要通过自由球员签约和CBA选秀两种方式进行流动,具有流动规模小、选秀前景可观、垂直上升流动、竞技能力突出、号位分层明显的特点。因此提出明确中国台湾球员身份界定、放开中国台湾球员人数限制、放宽台湾球员注册权限、构建联合培养机制等建议。This paper analyzes the flow characteristics of Taiwan residents players in CBA League by Literature Review,expert interview and PEST analysis.Through the research,it is found that Taiwan's players flow mainly through free-agent signing and CBA draft two ways to flow,it has the characteristics of small-scale flow,good prospect of draft selection,vertical upward flow,outstanding competitive ability and obvious position stratification.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward,such as defining the identity of Taiwan residents players,relaxing the limitation of the number of Taiwan residents players,relaxing the rights of Taiwan residents players'registration,and establishing a joint training mechanism.
