摘　　要：冰雪体育项目在全球范围内正日益受到瞩目,特别是在2022北京冬奥会后,其受欢迎程度达到新的高度。鉴于此,国家提出了“北冰南移”的战略规划,意在将冰雪运动的魅力向南拓展,吸引更多南方地区的群众参与,尤其是青少年群体。该文以国家体育发展战略为指导,系统分析“北冰南移”在南方实施中的具体情况与所遇挑战,并致力于构建一套行之有效的冰雪体育项目校园化推进方案。通过深入研究,旨在为南方冰雪运动的推广提供理论支撑与实操建议,以期在全国范围内,特别是在校园环境中,更广泛地普及冰雪运动,培养青少年的兴趣和技能,进一步促进国家冰雪运动的整体发展。Ice and snow sports are attracting more and more attention around the world,especially after the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,which propelled their popularity tonew heights.In view of this,the country has put forward the strategic plan of "north-ice moving to the south ",aimed at extending the charm of ice and snow sports to southern regionsand attractingmore participation from the southern popu lace,especially among the youth.Guided by the national sports development strategy,this paper systematically analyzes the specific implementationsand challenges encountered in the southern regions under the "north-ice moving to the south".It strives to construct an effective campus-based promotion plan for ice and snow sports.Through in-depth research,the paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical recommendations for the promotion of ice and snow sports in southern regions.This endeavor seeks to broaden the popularity of winter sports nationwide,especially within campus environments,cultivate the interests and skills of young people,and further promote the overall development of winter sports in the country.
