韩国冰雪运动可持续发展的经验借鉴与启示

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以2018年第23届平昌冬奥会成功举办为背景,依靠中国和韩国在冰雪运动有着相似的社会文化传统背景和优势地理条件,结合韩国冰雪运动项目的可持续发展及成功经验,分析、归纳和对比韩国在冰雪运动发展过程中的不足及优势,选取经济、文化、科技、生态以及人才五个角度,总结韩国冰雪项目的发展对中国冰雪运动发展的启示:顺应冰雪产业经济发展新业态、重视群众冰雪文化的培育和创新、利用科技赋能冰雪竞技“软实力”、共创绿色冰雪生态环境的可持续发展、完善冰雪项目专业管理人才培养机制。Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper takes the successful hosting of the 23rd Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang in 2018 as the background.Based on the similar socio-cultural traditions and advantageous geographical conditions shared by China and South Korea in winter sports,this paper analyzes,summarizes,and compares the shortcomings and advantages of South Korea's development in winter sports,drawing on the sustainable development and successful experiences of South Korea's winter sports programs.From five perspectives-economy,culture,technology,ecology,and talent-this paper summarizes the insights gained from South Korea's winter sports development for the development of China's winter sports:adapting to new economic formats in the winter sports industry,emphasizing the cultivation and innovation of mass winter sports culture,leveraging technology to empower the"soft power"of winter sports competitions,jointly promoting sustainable development of a green winter sports ecological environment,and improving the talent training mechanism for professional management in winter sports events.
