宁夏警官职业学院公共课开设拓展训练体育选修课的可行性探究

摘　　要：当今社会是人才竞争的社会,就业市场对大学生素质的要求越来越高,合作能力、心理素质、团队意识等方面的素质对大学生来说越来越重要。该文通过对本校学生的问卷调查和对调查结果分析,讨论了在宁夏警官职业学院开展拓展训练项目作为体育课程选修课的可行性。The competition today is the competition of talents,and the society requires college students to be more qualified in all aspects.Qualities such as cooperation skills,psychological resilience,and teamwork awareness are becoming increasingly important for college students.Through a questionnaire survey of students at Ningxia Police Vocational College and analysis of the survey results,this paper discusses the feasibility of implementing outdoor training programs as optional sports courses in the college.
