摘　　要：随着教育事业的不断发展,基层高中体育教师面临诸多挑战和机遇。该文通过对基层高中体育教师的现状进行调查,分析了当前体育教师在专业发展、教学资源和社会地位等方面存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,提出加强专业培训、完善教学设施、提高待遇水平、营造良好环境等发展策略,以期为促进基层高中体育教师的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of education,grassroots high school physical education teachers are facing many challenges and opportunities.This paper analyzes the main problems of physical education teachers in professional development,teaching resources and social status based on a survey ofthe current situation of physical education teachers in grassroots high schools.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some development strategies,such as strengthening professional training,improving teaching facilities,enhancing salary levels and creating a favorable environment,in order to provide reference and guidance for promoting the sustainable development of physical education teachers in grassroots high schools.
