摘 要:自由式滑雪空中技巧是一项综合性的极限运动,结合了速度、力量与技巧。该文先研究了其助滑、起跳、腾空和落地等四个关键技术阶段,探讨了每个阶段的动作模式和特点。随后在人体运动链的视角下,分析了肌肉链、关节链和神经链对自由式滑雪空中技巧核心稳定性的影响。最后归纳了核心稳定性训练测试方法,将测试手段分为力量、耐力、柔韧性、动作控制和功能性五类,这种分类不仅有助于评估运动员的核心能力,还能为个性化训练方案的制订提供理论依据。深入理解自由式滑雪空中技巧的动作特征及核心稳定性对运动员性能的影响,对于提高中国青年运动员的竞技水平具有重要的启示和实用价值。Freestyle sking aerial skill is a comprehensive extreme sport,which combines speed,strength and skill.In this paper,four key technical stages,such as sliding assist,take-off,flying and landing,are studied,and the action modes and characteristics of each stage are discussed.Then,from the perspective of human movement chain,the influence of muscle chain,joint chain and nerve chain on the core stability of freestyle sking aerial skill is analyzed.Finally,the test methods of core stability training are summarized,and the test methods are divided into five categories:strength,endurance,flexibility,motion control and functionality.This classification is not only helpful to evaluate the core competence of athletes,but also provides theoretical basis for the formulation of personalized training programs.It is of great enlightenment and practical value for improving the competitive level of young athletes in China to deeply understand the movement characteristics of freestyle skiing aerial skills and the influence of core stability on athletes'performance.
