摘 要:定向运动作为当下较为火热的新兴体育运动,备受人们的关注,越来越多的爱好者参与到相关比赛和训练中去。该文主要采用文献综述法,对定向越野运动的能量供应、营养储备进行了科学探究,阐述了定向越野运动过程中能量供应的规律、生化营养基础和针对生化功能特点进行营养补给的原则和方法,旨在为提高定向越野运动员的供能能力和机体能力提供训练理论参考。Orienteering,as a popular emerging sport,has attracted much attention from people,and more and more enthusiasts are participating in related competitions and training.This article mainly adopts the literature review method to scientifically explore the energy supply and nutritional reserve of orienteering sports,elaborating on the laws of energy supply,biochemical nutritional basis,and principles and methods of nutritional supplementation based on biochemical functional characteristics during orienteering sports.The aim is to provide training theoretical references for improving the energy supply and body capacity of orienteering athletes.
